摘　　要：目的:探讨慢病管理系统联合互联网系统营养指导干预在慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年10月1日~2021年7月31日行慢病管理系统干预的50例患者为对照组,选取2021年8月1日~2022年5月31日行慢病管理系统联合互联网系统营养指导干预的50例患者为联合组;比较两组干预前后自我管理能力、实验室指标、生活质量,护理满意度[采用纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)]。结果:干预后,联合组自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),肌酐、尿素氮水平低于对照组(P<0.01),血红蛋白、血清白蛋白水平高于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.01);联合组NSNS评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对CKD患者采用慢病管理系统联合互联网系统营养指导干预效果显著,可改善患者的肾功能、营养状态,提高自我管理能力、生活质量和护理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of chronic disease management system combined with nutritional guidance intervention by internet in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).Methods:50 patients who received chronic disease management system intervention from October 1,2020 to July 31,2021 were selected as the control group,and other 50 patients who received chronic disease management system combined with nutritional guidance intervention by internet from August 1,2021 to May 31,2022 were selected as the combined group.The self-management ability,laboratory indexes,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction(NSNS)were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results:After intervention,the score of self-management ability of the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05),the levels of creatinine and urea nitrogen were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01),the levels of hemoglobin and serum albumin were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the score of quality of life was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The scores of NSNS in the combined group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of chronic disease management system combined with nutritional guidance intervention by internet for CKD patients has a significant effect,which can improve the renal function and nutritional status of patients,improve their self-management ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
