摘　　要：目的:探讨健康行为改变整合理论(ITHBC)下的营养干预对高血压性脑出血(HICH)患者自我效能及营养状况的影响。方法:将2023年1月1日~2024年5月1日收治的96例HICH患者作为研究对象。选取2023年1月1日~8月1日收治的48例为对照组,实施常规护理;将2023年9月1日~2024年5月1日收治的48例为观察组,在对照组基础上实施ITHBC下的营养干预;比较两组自我效能感[采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)]、疾病感知能力[采用中文修订版疾病感知问卷(CIPQ-R)]、自尊水平[采用自尊量表(SES)]、神经功能[采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)]、营养状况。结果:干预后,观察组GSES、SES评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CIPQ-R、NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血红蛋白、前白蛋白和总蛋白水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对HICH患者实施ITHBC下的营养干预,能够提高患者自我效能感,降低疾病不确定感,增强自尊水平,促进神经功能恢复,改善营养状况。Objective:To explore the effects of nutritional intervention under the integrated theory of health behavior change(ITHBC)on self-efficacy and nutritional status of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods:A total of 96 patients with HICH admitted from January 1,2023 to May 1,2024.From January 1,2023 to August 1 were divided into the control group was given routine nursing care.From September 1,2023 to May 1,2024 were divided into the observation group,was given additional nutritional intervention under ITHBC.The self-efficacy(GSES),illness perception(CIPQ-R),self-esteem(SES),neurological function(NIHSS)and nutritional status were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of GSES and SES in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CIPQ-R and NIHSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The hemoglobin,prealbumin and total protein in the observation group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nutritional intervention under ITHBC for patients with HICH can improve self-efficacy,reduce uncertainty in illness,enhance self-esteem,promote the recovery of neurological function,and improve nutritional status.
