摘  要:针对特殊钢铸坯皮下负偏析引起的产品成分及性能不均匀问题,采用数值模拟方法系统,研究了旋流水口+M-EMS交替搅拌工艺下M-EMS安装中心位置及其工作电流大小对连铸结晶器内钢液宏观传输行为及其铸坯皮下负偏析程度和带宽的作用规律。结果表明,M-EMS安装中心位置及其工作电流大小可影响结晶器内钢液交替搅拌状态、区域范围及强度大小,进而对铸坯皮下负偏析程度产生影响。铸坯皮下C元素负偏析程度随M-EMS安装中心位置及工作电流值的降低均呈先改善后恶化的变化趋势,其中,M-EMS安装中心位置距钢液面距离为0.525 m、工作电流为300~400 A时,铸坯皮下C元素负偏析程度最低,相应C元素最小偏析度为0.976。To solve the problem of uneven composition and properties of special steel bloom casting caused by subsurface negative segregation,the influences of installation center position of in-mold electromagnetic stirring(M-EMS)and its working current on the macroscopic transfer behavior of molten steel in the continuous casting mold,and its subsurface negative segregation degree and bandwidth of casting have been systematically studied under the adoption of swirling flow nozzle+M-EMS via numerical simulation method.Results show that the installation center position of M-EMS and its working current can affect the alternating stirring state,regional range and strength of molten steel in the mold,and finally affect the subsurface negative segregation degree.With the decreasing installation center position and working current of M-EMS,the subsurface negative segregation degree of C element exhibits a trend of first improvement and then deterioration.The subsurface negative segregation degree of C element can reach the minimum value of 0.976 when the distance between the installation center of M-EMS and the menmenus is 0.525m,and the working current is 300~400 A.
