基于冲激声源隔声体压制钻铤波效果研究

摘  要:冲激声源是具备识别方位能力的单极子声源,多用于随钻冲激声源深探测技术。在随钻测井技术中,由于钻铤的振动,贴在钻铤外表面的声源易产生钻铤波,干扰地层纵横波的提取,影响随钻冲激声源深探测技术的准确性,因此压制钻铤波是随钻冲激声源深探测技术的重要发展方向。通过数值模拟,采用刻槽法压制随钻冲激声源的钻铤波,研究周期和非周期隔声体在不同频率下的隔声变化规律。结果表明,在隔声体上刻U型槽时,周期刻槽和非周期刻槽在14 kHz和25 kHz的冲激声源下,钻铤波的时延量基本相同,对钻铤波都有压制效果,其中当冲激声源为14 kHz时,周期刻槽的最大声衰减系数更优,而冲激声源为25 kHz时,非周期隔声体和周期隔声体的最大声衰减系数差别较小。The impulse sound source is the monopole sound source that can identify the direction,so it is mostly used for deep detection technology while drilling.In the logging while drilling technology,due to the vibration of the drill collar,the sound source attached to the outer surface of the drill collar is prone to generate drill collar waves,which interferes with the extraction of longitudinal and transverse waves in the formation and affects the accuracy of the deep detection technology of the drilling induced sound source.Therefore,suppressing drill collar waves is an important development direction for deep detection technology of impulse sound sources while drilling.The study uses numerical simulation and groove method to suppress the drill collar wave of the impact sound source while drilling,and analyzes the sound insulation variation of periodic and non periodic sound insulation bodies at different frequencies.The research results show that when U-shaped grooves are engraved on the soundproof body,the time delay of the drill string wave is basically the same for periodic grooves and non periodic grooves under 14 kHz and 25 kHz impulse sound sources,and both have a suppression effect on the drill string wave.Among them,when the impulse sound source is 14 kHz,the maximum sound attenuation coefficient of the periodic groove is better.When the impulse sound source is 25 kHz,the difference in maximum sound attenuation coefficient between non periodic sound insulation and periodic sound insulation is relatively small.
