摘 要:IP270MF无机磷酸盐涂层具有良好的耐高温摩擦磨损性能,采用球盘摩擦磨损实验仪测试其不同载荷和转速下的摩擦磨损性能。IP270MF涂层的摩擦系数、磨损量及磨痕形貌分析结果表明,适中的载荷和转速更有利于提高摩擦过程的稳定性,当载荷为3 N时,涂层的减摩性能最佳,摩擦系数为0.31,低载荷下的耐磨性能更佳,磨损机理为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损,高载荷下涂层容易脱落,表现出疲劳磨损特征,当转速为50 r/min时,耐磨减摩性能最好,磨损机理主要表现为粘着磨损,并伴随轻微的磨粒磨损。The IP270MF inorganic phosphate coating has good resistance to high-temperature friction and wear.Pin-on-disc tribometer is used to test the friction and wear properties of the coating under different loads and rotational speed.The friction coefficient,wear amount and wear morphology of the IP270MF coating are analyzed.The results show that the friction stability is reduced at a appropriate load and speed.The coating has the best anti-friction performance under 3 N with a friction coefficient of 0.31.The wear resistance is improved at low load,and the main wear characteristics are abrasive wear and adhesive wear.The coating is easy to fall off under high load,showing fatigue wear characteristics.The coating shows good tribological behavior at 50 r/min.The main wear mechanisms are adhesive wear and slight abrasive wear.
