摘 要:国内风电项目风能资源评估数据来源主要是测风塔的实测数据。根据规范要求,需收集测风塔各高度不少于一年的风速、风向及气温、气压资料。但因为项目工期紧张,前期准备时间相对较短,收集到测风数据的测风时长往往不到一年,无法有效评估风资源情况。研究了吉林省西部平原地区风电项目测风数据的优化处理方法,利用测风塔在有限时间内的实测数据,采用Windographer软件中8种不同的MCP插补方法,拟合出一整年的测风数据,找出现有方法中相对较优的方法。此研究对吉林省西部平原地区的实际风电场工程具有参考意义。The data source of wind energy resource evaluation of domestic wind power projects is mainly the measured data of wind towers.According to the requirements of the code,it is necessary to collect the wind speed,wind direction,temperature and air pressure data of each height of the wind tower for not less than one year.However,due to the tight construction period of the project,the preliminary preparation time is relatively short,and the wind measurement time of wind measurement data collection is often less than one year,which cannot effectively evaluate the wind resources.The study analyzes the optimal processing method of wind measurement data of wind power project in western plain of Jilin Province,uses the measured data of wind tower in limited time,fits the wind measurement data of a whole year with 8 different MCP interpolation methods in Windographer software,and finds out the relatively better method among the existing methods.This study is of reference significance to the actual wind farm project in the western plain area of Jilin Province.
