摘 要:不同的新能源采暖系统在技术性能、经济性、环保性和适应性等方面的表现存在显著差异。如何科学选择最优系统是一个复杂的多准则决策问题,采用AHP构建决策模型,从技术性能、经济性、环保性和适应性等准则出发,对地源热泵、空气源热泵、太阳能采暖和燃气采暖4种方案进行比较和优劣分析。结果表明,空气源热泵因其良好的经济性和适应性综合得分最高,是最优选择。地源热泵在技术性能和环保性方面表现突出,位列次优。燃气采暖因经济性优势排名第三。太阳能采暖尽管环保性优异,但因技术性能和经济性不足综合得分最低。研究证明了AHP方法在解决新能源采暖系统选择问题中具有科学性和实用性,为房建项目采暖系统的优化选择提供了理论支持和决策依据。未来,可进一步结合动态能源政策、新兴技术及区域特性,优化决策模型,提高其适用性和推广价值。Different new energy heating systems have significant differences in technical performance,economy,environmental protection and adaptability.How to scientifically select the optimal system is a complex multi-criteria decision-making problem.The study builds a decision-making model with AHP;starts from the criteria of technical performance,economy,environmental protection and adaptability;and compares and analyzes four schemes of ground source heat pump,air source heat pump,solar heating and gas heating.The results show that air source heat pump is the best choice because of its good economy and adaptability.Ground source heat pump has outstanding performance in technical performance and environmental protection,ranking second best.Gas heating ranks third due to economic advantages.Although solar heating has excellent environmental protection,it has the lowest comprehensive score due to insufficient technical performance and economy.The research proves that AHP method is scientific and practical in solving the problem of new energy heating system selection,and provides theoretical support and decision-making basis for the optimal selection of heating system in housing construction projects.In the future,dynamic energy policies,emerging technologies and regional characteristics can be further combined to optimize the decision-making model and improve its applicability and popularization value.
