摘 要:镁/镀锌钢复合结构件设计和使用可有效减小结构和车身质量,是汽车轻量化发展的热门研究方向之一。文中开展了镁/镀锌钢MIG焊研究,重点研究了焊接速度对镁/镀锌钢MIG焊焊缝成形、接头微观组织、硬度及耐蚀性的影响。研究结果表明:焊接速度为500 mm/min时,焊缝成形美观,界面过渡层连续均匀,耐蚀性最佳。研究结果可为镁/镀锌钢高质量连接提供理论和数据支持。The design and use of magnesium∕galvanized steel composite structural components can effectively reduce the weight of the structure and body,and is one of the hot researches in the development of automotive lightweight.This article conducted research on magnesium∕galvanized steel MIG welding,focusing on the influence of welding speeds on the formation,microstructures characteristics of joints,micro-hardness,and corrosion resistance of magnesium∕galvanized steel joints.The results indicated that when the welding speed was 500 mm∕min,the weld formation was good,the interface transition layer was continuous and uniform,and the corrosion resistance was the best.The research results could provide theoretical and data support for high quality joining of magnesium∕galvanized steel.
