摘  要:探讨了一种环保型钾肥复配盐在活性染料染色棉织物中的应用。活性染料作为纤维素纤维纺织品染色的首选染料,虽然具有色彩鲜艳和性能优异等特点,但是染色过程会导致大量废水的生成,进而严重破坏环境。传统染色中使用的中性电解质如氯化钠和硫酸钠,因为环境污染问题而受限。使用硫酸钾和乙酸钠复配盐作为促染剂,旨在降低染色废水中的无机盐浓度,并通过反渗透复合膜技术处理废水,使其可用于作物浇灌,实现资源化利用。结果表明,钾肥复配盐在提高染色效果的同时,有利于节约资源和保护环境。The application of an environmentally friendly potassium fertilizer compound salt in cotton dyed with reactive dyes was discussed.Reactive dyes,as the main dyes for cellulose fiber textiles,are known for their bright colors and excellent performance,but their dyeing process generates a large amount of wastewater,causing serious environmental pollution.Traditional neutral electrolytes such as sodium chloride and sodium sulfate are restricted due to environmental pollution issues.The compound salt of potassium sulfate and sodium acetate was used as dye promoting agent to reduce the concentration of inorganic salt in dyeing wastewater,and the wastewater was treated by reverse osmosis composite membrane technology,so that it could be used for crop watering and realize resource utilization.The experimental results showed that the combination of potassium fertilizer with salt was beneficial to saving resources and protecting environment while improving dyeing effect.
