摘  要:随着全球对气候变化和可持续发展关注的增加,印染行业作为全球最大的工业部门之一,面临着日益严峻的环境规制和市场压力。在此情况下,生命周期评估提供了一种系统的方法评价产品,从原材料获取、生产、使用到废弃处理全过程的环境影响,为行业提供精确的环境影响信息,有助于制定更为有效的环境政策和生产决策。利用生命周期评估方法,评估印染产品在原材料获取阶段、制造阶段、使用和维护阶段、回收处理阶段的能源消耗和碳足迹,以提出减少能源消耗和碳排放的具体建议,促进印染行业绿色转型。With the increasing global concern for climate change and sustainable development,the printing and dyeing industry,as one of the world's largest industrial sectors,is facing increasingly severe environmental regulations and market pressures.In this case,Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)provides a systematic approach to evaluate the environmental impacts of products throughout the entire process,from raw material acquisition,production,use to disposal,and can provide the industry with accurate information on environmental impacts,which can help to formulate more effective environmental policies and production decisions.The energy consumption and carbon footprint of printing and dyeing products in the raw material acquisition stage,manufacturing stage,using and maintenance stage and recycling stage were evaluated by using the life cycle assessment method,in order to put forward specific suggestions to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions and promote the green transformation of printing and dyeing industry.
