他汀类药物联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗高血压合并高血脂的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高血压合并高血脂患者应用他汀类药物联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2023年6月东营市东营区人民医院收治的82例高血压合并高血脂患者,采用奇偶法分为对照组(给予辛伐他汀治疗)和观察组(给予沙库巴曲缬沙坦+辛伐他汀治疗),每组41例。对比2组患者心率、呼吸频率、心功能、血清N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、肾脏功能指标、临床疗效及不良反应。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后2组呼吸频率、心率均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组LVEDD、LVESD均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组Scr、NT-proBNP均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应发生率差异无统计意义(P>0.05)。结论他汀类药物联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠治疗高血压合并高血脂效果较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of statins combined with sacubitril/valsartan on treating hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 82 patients with hypertension combined with hyperlipidemia admitted to Dongying District People's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were divided into control group(treated with simvastatin,41 cases)and observation group(treated with sacubitril/valsartan+simvastatin,41 cases)by odd-even method.Heart rate,respiratory rate,heart function,serum N-terminal B-type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP),kidney function indexes,clinical efficacy and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The respiratory rate and heart rate were significantly lower after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)were significantly lower after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Scr and NT-proBNP were significantly lower after treatment in both groups(P<0.05),which were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).The overall efficacy was significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Statin combined with sacubitril/valsartan is effective in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.
