摘　　要：目的探讨踝泵运动联合加速康复外科(ERAS)理念对剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(CSP)行子宫动脉栓塞术(UAE)联合宫腔镜治疗的患者焦虑情绪、术后疼痛度、舒适度、并发症发生情况及护理满意度的影响。方法选取2022年1月至2023年11月我院计划生育科诊治的120例行UAE联合宫腔镜手术治疗的CSP患者,随机分为对照组(行常规护理)和观察组(在对照组基础上采取踝泵运动联合ERAS理念干预),每组60例。比较2组患者干预前后的焦虑情绪、疼痛度和舒适度以及术后并发症发生情况、住院天数和护理满意度。结果观察组焦虑情绪和疼痛度水平、术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,而舒适度水平及护理满意度各维度得分高于对照组,住院天数短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论踝泵运动联合ERAS理念能够明显改善CSP行UAE联合宫腔镜治疗患者的焦虑情绪和术后疼痛度,提升患者术后舒适度,降低术后并发症的发生率及提高护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of ankle pump exercise(APE)combined with the enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)concept-based nursing intervention on anxiety,postoperative pain,comfort,complication,nursing satisfaction in women with cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP)underwent uterine artery embolization(UAE)and hysteroscopy surgery.Methods One hundred and twenty CSP women who underwent UAE and hysteroscopy surgery in the Family Planning Department of our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were enrolled,and they were randomised 1:1 to receive routine care(control group)or routine care+APE+ERAS concept-based nursing intervention(observation group).The aim was to compare anxiety,postoperative pain,comfort,complications rate,hospitalization duration,nursing satisfaction between groups before and after intervention.Results The observation group presented significantly lower anxiety and pain levels,postoperative complications rate,higher comfort and nursing satisfaction,and shorter hospitalization duration than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion APE combined with ERAS concept-based on nursing intervention for women with CSP underwent UAE and hysteroscopy surgery can significantly improve their anxiety and postoperative pain,enhance comfort,reduce postoperative complications rate and improve nursing satisfaction.
