全程护理在高分辨磁共振血管壁成像脑动脉斑块检查效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨全程护理在高分辨磁共振(HRMRI)血管壁成像脑动脉斑块检查中的效果。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月在河北医科大学第二医院行此检查的112例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分成对照组(n=60)和试验组(n=52)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予全程护理。比较2组HRMRI检查焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、护理满意度、配合依从性、图像质量和检查成功率。结果顺利完成HRMRI检查试验组48例,占试验组总人数92%;对照组48例,占对照组总人数80%。检查前2组患者SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);HRMRI检查完成后试验组的焦虑心理SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.001);试验组的护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者的配合依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组图像质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全程护理可缓解HRMRI血管壁成像脑动脉斑块检查患者的焦虑心理,缩短患者在核磁检查室检查的时间,提高核磁检查成功率,增加了患者影像科检查护理服务满意度。Objective This study aims to observe the effect of whole-process nursing on the examination of cerebral artery plaque with high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging(HRMRI)of vessel walls.Methods A total of 112 patients examined with HRMRI of vessel walls in the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into control group(60 cases,conventional nursing)and experimental group(52 cases,whole-process nursing)using a systematic sampling method.The Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)scores,nursing care satisfaction,compliance,image quality and MRI success rate were compared.Results A total of 48(92%)patients in the experimental group,and 48(80%)patients in the control group were successfully examined by HRMRI.No significant difference was detected in pre-examination SAS score(P>0.05),and the SAS score after HRMRI was significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.001).The nursing care satisfaction,compliance,and image quality score were significantly higher in the experimental group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-process nursing can alleviate the anxiety of patients undergoing a cerebral artery plaque examination with HRMRI of vessel walls,shorten the time spent in the magnetic resonance imaging,improve the success rate of the examination,and increase nursing care satisfaction.
