摘 要:钙钛矿太阳电池因具有较高的光电转换效率、良好的成本效益和简便的制备工艺,成为替代传统硅基太阳电池的有力竞争者,在光伏行业引起了广泛关注。为实现钙钛矿太阳电池的产业化生产,钙钛矿薄膜的制备技术仍需进一步探索和优化。针对溶液法、气相沉积法及大面积制备法3类钙钛矿薄膜制备技术进行了综述,并对各种制备方法的制备流程、优势和劣势进行了详细分析。分析结果表明:溶液法虽然在实验室研究中广泛应用,但因其材料利用率低,在产业化生产中较难推广。气相沉积法虽然能够制备高质量的钙钛矿薄膜,但因其设备投资和能耗均较高,导致其未能得到广泛应用。虽然大面积制备法已满足钙钛矿薄膜产业化生产的基本要求,但在提升钙钛矿太阳电池光电转换效率和优化钙钛矿薄膜制备技术方面仍有待深入研究。以期研究结果可为钙钛矿太阳电池的产业化制备提供技术支持,促进其在新能源领域的发展和广泛应用。Perovskite solar cells have become a strong competitor to traditional silicon-based solar cells due to their high photoelectric conversion efficiency,good cost-effectiveness,and simple preparation process,and have attracted widespread attention in the PV industry.To achieve industrial production of perovskite solar cells,the preparation technology of perovskite thin films still needs further exploration and optimization.This paper provides a review of three types of perovskite thin film preparation techniques,that are solution-processed method,vapor phase deposition method,and large-area fabrication method.The preparation processes,advantages,and disadvantages of each preparation method are analyzed in detail.The analysis results show that although the solution-processed method is widely used in laboratory research,it is difficult to promote in industrial production due to its low material utilization rate.Although the vapor phase deposition method can prepare high-quality perovskite thin films,its high equipment investment and energy consumption have prevented it from being widely applied.Although large-area fabrication method have met the basic requirements for the industrial production of perovskite thin films,further research is still needed to improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of perovskite solar cells and optimize the preparation technology of perovskite thin films.The research results are expected to provide technical support for the industrial preparation of perovskite solar cells,promoting their development and widespread application in the field of new energy.
