摘 要:选择目前市场上主流的单面和双面p型PERC单晶硅光伏组件作为研究对象,对两种类型光伏组件在经受不同程度的盐雾腐蚀试验和电势诱导衰减(PID)测试后的电性能变化情况进行了深入分析和研究。研究结果表明:1)盐雾腐蚀试验后,发现盐雾应力对p型PERC单晶硅光伏组件的电气绝缘性能几乎无影响,对其电性能的影响也较小。2)盐雾腐蚀试验后再进行96 h的PID测试,发现p型PERC单晶硅光伏组件产生了严重的PID效应,其电性能受到了很大影响。综合来看,盐雾应力会加剧p型PERC单晶硅光伏组件的PID效应,这是因为周围环境盐雾中的钠离子会渗透到光伏组件内部的太阳电池中,导致盐雾应力和PID效应发生了共同作用。对长期在海上运行的光伏组件而言,单一的应力无法完美表征p型PERC单晶硅光伏组件在海上应用时所面临的长期应力情况,需要开发综合老化测试,以便更好地模拟现场情况。This paper selects the mainstream single-sided and bifacial p-type PERC mono-Si PV modules on the market as the research object,and conducts in-depth analysis and research on the changes in electrical performance of the two types of PV modules after undergoing different degrees of salt spray corrosion tests and PID tests.The research results show that:1)After the salt spray corrosion test,it is found that salt spray stress had almost no effect on the electrical insulation performance of p-type PERC mono-Si PV modules,and had a relatively small impact on their electrical performance.2)After the salt spray corrosion test,a 96 h PID test is conducted,and it is found that the p-type PERC mono-Si PV modules produced severe PID effects,which greatly affected its electrical performance.Overall,salt spray stress can exacerbate the PID effect of p-type PERC mono-Si PV modules.This is because sodium ions in salt spray in the surrounding environment to penetrate into the solar cells inside the PV modules,resulting in a combined effect of salt spray stress and PID effect.For PV modules that operate at sea for a long time,a single stress cannot perfectly characterize the long-term stress situation faced by p-type PERC mono-Si PV modules in offshore application sites.Therefore,it is necessary to develop comprehensive aging tests to better simulate on-site conditions.
