摘 要:为提高可再生能源发电系统的并网性能,提出了1种新型的高频隔离LCL型谐振双变压器AC/DC变换器结构,并对其进行了详细分析。这种改进结构通过减少元器件数量,实现了更高的功率因数和传输效率。该拓扑结构将原边的双谐振槽结构移至副边进行整合,并通过移相控制输出功率,因此,该变换器可以采用一种简单且稳定的方式进行控制,实现全范围软开关操作。并基于稳态分析,提出了一套全新的参数设计方案,进行了样机实验。实验结果证明了所提出的变换器改进的可行性、高效性和实用性。To enhance the grid integration performance of renewable energy systems,this paper proposes an novel high-frequency isolated LCL-type resonant dual-transformer AC/DC converter structure and conducts a detailed analysis.This improved structure achieves higher power factor and transmission efficiency by reducing the number of components.The topology integrates the dual resonant tank structure from the primary side to the secondary side and controls the output power through phase shift.As a result,the converter can be controlled in a simple and stable manner,achieving full-range soft-switching operation.Based on steady-state analysis,this paper proposes a new set of parameter design schemes and carries out prototype experiments.The experimental results demonstrate the feasibility,efficiency,and practicality of the proposed converter improvement.
