摘  要:60Si2Mn钢是一种广泛应用于石油化工设备制作承受较大负荷的弹簧,其性能直接影响到设备的运行效果和寿命,热处理工艺是提高弹簧性能的关键因素之一。本文简要介绍60Si2Mn钢的化学成分和性能特点,并深入分析其热处理工艺,通过调控淬火和回火温度对60Si2Mn钢最佳热处理温度进行研究。首先对60Si2Mn钢进行退火处理,然后分别进行800、870、900℃淬火,并进行相对应的450℃和600℃的回火,比较不同淬火温度和不同回火温度所得的硬度和组织性能,研究其合理工艺,并获得最适合60Si2Mn钢的热处理工艺。实验结果表明,60Si2Mn钢加热至870℃保温35 min后油冷淬火、450℃回火保温50 min后空冷为最合理的热处理工艺,其组织和硬度均为最佳。60Si2Mn steel is a type of spring steel extensively utilized in petrochemical equipment for bearing heavy loads.Its properties affect the operation effect and service life of the equipment,and the heat treatment is one of the key factors for improving the spring properties.The chemi-cal composition and properties of 60Si2Mn steel were introduced,and its heat treatment was further analyzed.The optimum heat treatment tem-perature of 60Si2Mn steel was studied by regulating the temperature of hardening and tempering.The optimum heat treatment temperature of 60Si2Mn steel was investigated by regulating the quenching temperatures and tempering temperatures.Firstly,60Si2Mn steel was annealed,then quenched at 800℃,870℃,and 900℃,respectively,and tempered at 450℃and 600℃,respectively.By comparing the hardness and micro-structure obtained at different quenching temperatures and tempering temperatures,a reasonable process was investigated to determine the most suitable heat treatment for 60Si2Mn steel.The results show that the 60Si2Mn steel is heated to 870℃and held for 35 min,and then air cooled after oil quenching and 450℃tempering for 50 min,and it becomes the most reasonable heat treatment to obtain optimum hardness and micro-structure.
