激光衍射法测定黑磷粉末粒径分布的研究

摘  要:通过激光粒度仪的湿法测定模式,建立了一种黑磷粉末粒径的测定方法。由于黑磷粉末样品不易分散在水中,容易导致粒径测定结果不准确。使用有机溶剂分散,容易造成污染。使用分散剂将难分散于水的黑磷粉末润湿并分散在水中。通过测试条件的优选,确定了黑磷粉末样品折射率为2.46,仪器遮光度为5%~10%,超声时间为120 s,循环速度为1600 r/min,分散剂的质量分数为0.2%。在最优的实验条件下多次测试黑磷粉末样品,其粒度的RSD小于2.13%。研究结果表明方法稳定性好,能够用于黑磷粉末粒径分布的测定。A method for the determination of the particle size of black phosphorus was established through the wet measurement mode of laser parti-cle size analyzer.Because the black phosphorus sample is not easily dispersed in water,the particle size determination results are not accurate.The use of organic solvent dispersion,easy to cause pollution.Black phosphorus powder,which is difficult to disperse in water,was wetted and dispersed in water with dispersant.Through the optimization of the test conditions,the refractive index of the black phosphorus sample is 2.46,the instrument shading is 5%-10%,the ultrasonic time is 120 s,the cycle speed is 1600 r/min,and the concentration of the dispersant is 0.2%.The RSD of black phosphorus particle size was less than 2.13%when the sample was tested several times under the optimal experimental conditions.The meth-od has high accuracy and good reproducibility,and can be used to determine the particle size distribution of black phosphorus.
