摘  要:目的:研究药用植物防风的美白和抗氧化功效。方法:利用水和石油醚分别提取防风的活性成分,研究对比防风水层/石油醚层提取液对小鼠黑色素瘤细胞毒性、酪氨酸酶抑制率、黑色素合成抑制率、自由基清除率和铁离子还原率,分别考察了两种提取液的美白抗氧化功效。结果:水层提取液对细胞活性、酪氨酸酶活性及黑色素抑制率均无明显影响;石油醚层提取液给药质量浓度达到0.05 mg/mL及以上时表现出细胞毒性,在该质量浓度以内,低质量浓度对酪氨酸酶表现出抑制作用,高质量浓度对黑色素合成表现出抑制作用;水提取液和石油醚提取液均表现出一定的抗氧化活性。结论:防风石油醚层提取液比水层提取液有着更好的美白抗氧化优势,但高于0.05 mg/mL时应考虑剂量毒性关系。(Objective)To study the whitening and antioxidant effects of medicinal plants Saposhnikovia divaricata.(Methods)The active ingre-dients of Saposhnikovia divaricata were extracted using water and petroleum ether,and the whitening and antioxidant effects of the two extracts were investigated and compared on the cytotoxicity,tyrosinase inhibition,melanin synthesis inhibition,free radical scavenging rate and iron ion reduction rate of melanoma in mice.(Results)The aqueous layer extract had no significant effect on cell activity,tyrosinase activity and melanin inhibition.When the concentration of petroleum ether layer extract reaches 0.05 mg·mL-1 and above,it shows cytotoxicity,and within this con-centration,the low concentration shows an inhibitory effect on tyrosinase,and the high concentration shows an inhibitory effect on melanin syn-thesis.Both the aqueous extract and the petroleum ether extract showed certain antioxidant activity.(Conclusion)The Saposhnikovia divaricata petroleum ether layer extract has better whitening and antioxidant advantages than the aqueous layer extract,but the dose-toxicity relationship should be considered when it is higher than 0.05 mg·mL-1.
