摘  要:(目的)建立绿色微波协同碱水解-高效液相色谱法测定聚乳酸基食品接触材料中聚乳酸含量的分析方法。(方法)样品经60 g/L NaOH溶液在100℃下微波水解60 min得到PLA水解液。使用INERTSIL C8-3色谱柱(?4.6 mm×250 mm, 5μm)分离,以20 mmol/L磷酸二氢铵溶液(pH=2.50)为流动相进行等度洗脱,于波长208 nm处进行检测,利用外标法对PLA水解液中的乳酸进行定量,进一步得出PLA基食品接触材料中PLA含量。(结果)乳酸在10.0~150.0 mg/L内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.99992,检出限为1.0 mg/L,定量限为3.0 mg/L。以空白水解液为基质,在3种加标水平下,乳酸的平均加标回收率为105.6%~108.3%,相对标准偏差为0.41%~1.62%。(结论)方法简单、绿色环保、快速,适用于PLA基食品接触材料中聚乳酸含量的测定,可为PLA基食品接触材料的监管提供可靠的技术支持。(Objective)To establish a method for the determination of PLA content in PLA-based food contact materials by green microwave syn-ergistic alkaline hydrolysis coupled with high performance liquid chromatography.(Methods)The samples were hydrolyzed with 60 g/L sodium hydroxide solution at 100℃for 60 min to obtain PLA hydrolysate.Lactic acid was separated using an INERTSIL C8-3 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with 20 mmol/L ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution(pH=2.50)as the mobile phases with isocratic elution,and detec-tion was performed at a wavelength of 208 nm.The external standard method was used to quantify the lactic acid in the PLA hydrolysate,and the contents of PLA in the PLA-based food contact materials were further obtained.(Results)The results demonstrated that the lactic acid exhibited good linearity in the range of 10.0-150.0 mg/L,with correlation coefficients of 0.99992.The limit of detection(LODs)was 1.0 mg/L,and limit of quantification(LOQs)was 3.0 mg/L.In addition,when blank sodium hydroxide solution was spiked with the analytes at three levels,the average recoveries of the lactic acid were 105.6%-108.3%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.41%-1.62%.(Conclusion)This method is simple,eco-friendly,and rapid for determining PLA content in PLA-based food contact materials.It also provides technical support for the supervision of PLA-based food contact materials.
