电导率法监控焦磷酸哌嗪阻燃剂的质量研究

摘  要:研究用电导率仪测定焦磷酸哌嗪阻燃剂的电导率,并与溶解度测试法进行比较,以应用于生产的质量管控。讨论了溶样的搅拌时间、过滤方式、溶液温度等因素对电导率的影响。结果表明,溶解度测试法的极差是0.57,电导率测试法的极差是1.01,表明电导率测试法优于溶解度测试法;电导率测试法的适宜搅拌时间是10 min、温度最好控制在25±0.2℃,与采用滤纸过滤或静置后直接测试澄清液的区别不大。电导率测试法操作更简,人为造成的试验误差更小,结果更准确。The conductivity of piperazine pyrophosphate flame retardant is determined by conductivity meter.Compared with the solubility test method,it can be applied to the quality control of production.In addition,the effects of stirring time,filtration method and solution temperature on the conductivity are determined by experiments.The results show that the extreme difference of the solubility test method is 0.57,and the ex-treme difference of the conductivity test method is 1.01,indicating that the conductivity test method is better than the solubility test method.The optimum stirring time 10 min,the temperature 25±0.2℃,and there is little difference between using filter paper filtration and directly testing the clarified liquid after standing.The conductivity method has the advantages of simple operation,high accuracy,and the test error caused by manual operation is smaller.
