生活污水中阴离子表面活性剂含量测定研究

摘　　要：为实现对生活污水中阴离子表面活性剂快速、准确测定,研究了“GB7494—1987水质阴离子表面活性剂的测定亚甲蓝分光光度法”测定过程中水样pH调节、三氯甲烷使用量、萃取过程等行为对分析结果的影响。采用了试验比对的方法对生活污水中阴离子表面活性剂测定。结果表明,使用试验方法测定生活污水中阴离子表面活性剂能取得较为理想的分析结果。由于试验方法实验过程中降低三氯甲烷的使用量,能减少对环境的污染;取消重复萃取过程,能提高实验室分析效率;使用密闭的比色皿进行分析作业,能减少有机物挥发造成对工作人员的伤害;用机器振荡代替手工操作,可以降低作业人员的劳动强度。因此,采用试验方法测定生活污水中阴离子表面活性剂具有可借鉴性。In order to achieve the rapid and accurate determination of anionic surfactants in domestic sewage,the effects of pH adjustment,chlor-oform dosage,extraction process and other behaviors of water samples on the analysis results during the“Determination of methylene blue spec-trophotometry in GB7494—1987 water quality”were studied.The method of experimental comparison was used to determine the anionic surfac-tant in domestic sewage.The results show that the determination of anionic surfactants in domestic sewage by experimental methods can achieve ideal analysis results.Due to the reduction of the amount of chloroform used in the experimental process,the pollution to the environment can be reduced;eliminating the repetitive extraction process can improve the efficiency of laboratory analysis;the use of closed cuvettes for analysis can reduce the damage to workers caused by the volatilization of organic compounds;replacing manual operation with machine oscillation can reduce the labor intensity of operators.Therefore,the determination of anionic surfactants in domestic sewage by experimental methods can be used as a reference.
