壳牌粉煤气化副产中压饱和蒸汽应用分析

摘　　要：壳牌粉煤气化装置可副产中压饱和蒸汽或过热蒸汽,对副产的中压饱和蒸汽应用方法进行分析。着重对中压饱和蒸汽与中压过热蒸汽流经管道混合器后,饱和蒸汽提质为中压过热蒸汽,就蒸汽管道的选择,经济性进行了分析。The Shell pulverized coal gasification plant is capable of producing medium-pressure saturated steam or superheated steam as a by-prod-uct.This paper analyzes the application method of medium-pressure saturated steam generated as a by-product.After the medium-pressure saturated steam and medium-pressure superheated steam pass through the pipeline mixer,the saturated steam is upgraded to medium-pressure superheated steam.The selection criteria and economic efficiency of the steam pipeline system are also evaluated.
