摘　　要：以某海上新建二氧化碳管道系统为例,应用定量风险评估软件PHAST,开展了不同泄放量、不同浓度、不同风速以及不同尺寸放空管线的二氧化碳管道系统的扩散模拟研究,用以指导平台二氧化碳放空臂、工艺泄放系统及监测系统的设计。同时,结合模拟结果,给出了海上二氧化碳系统安全防护措施,为开展海上类似二氧化碳管道系统的设计提供借鉴。Taking a newly built offshore CO_(2)pipeline system as an example,this paper applies quantitative risk assessment software PHAST to carry out diffusion simulation research on CO_(2)pipeline system with different discharge amounts,concentrations,wind speeds and sizes of vent pipes,to guide the design of platform CO_(2)vent arm,process vent system and monitoring system,and combined with simulation results,The safety protection measures of offshore CO_(2)system are given,which can provide reference for the design of similar offshore CO_(2)pipeline system.
