摘　　要：为了更好地掌握云南省市售化妆品的质量安全基本数据,更客观地评价整体化妆品的质量安全情况,强化化妆品的监督管理。在2020~2024年期间,对云南省化妆品进行了抽检,共检验了2869批次,10个类别的产品。结果显示,不合格率从2020年的3.96%下降至2024年的0.33%。其中,染发类、宣称祛痘类和儿童护肤类产品连续多年都检出不合格样品;2024年,普通护肤类产品中1批次因微生物限值超标不合格,染发类产品1批次因标签标识问题不合格,面膜类、宣称祛痘类、洗发护发和清洁沐浴类、儿童类产品未检出不合格样品;防晒类、祛斑美白类、彩妆类、牙膏类产品近三年质量稳定,未检出不合格样品。建议加强对美容美发机构和小商店的监管,建立针对非法添加的快筛方法,实行分类管理,以及督促小微企业落实主体责任。In order to better grasp the basic data on the quality and safety of cosmetics sold in Yunnan Province,to evaluate the overall quality and safety of cosmetics more objectively,and to strengthen the supervision and management of cosmetics.From 2020 to 2024,Yunnan Province inspected 2869 batches of cosmetics across 10 categories,with a compliance rate from 3.96%non-compliance in 2020 reduce to 0.33%in 2024.Hair dye,acne removing,and children's skincare products had recurring issues.In 2024,one skincare batch failed due to microbial con-tamination,and one hair dye batch due to incorrect labeling.No violations were found in masks,acne removing,shampoo,hair care,and children's products,indicating improved quality.Sunscreen,whitening,and cosmetics have been compliant for three years.Authorities recommend enhancing supervision of beauty salons and small stores,developing rapid screening for illegal additives,targeted management,and encouraging small businesses to take responsibility.
