摘　　要：目的探讨紫草油联合硫酸镁湿热敷在CT增强扫描造影剂渗漏中的疗效。方法选择浙江省丽水市人民医院2023年5月至2024年7月就诊的CT增强扫描造影剂渗漏患者120例,采用简单随机法分为对照组与研究组,对照组60例,采用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷,研究组60例,在使用硫酸镁湿敷前联合紫草油。疗程结束后评价2组疗效,比较2组治疗前,治疗24 h、48 h、72 h肿胀程度、疼痛严重程度[数字评定量表(NRS)评分],比较2组起效时间、治愈时间及静脉炎发生率。结果研究组疗效总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前2组肿胀程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗24 h、48 h、72 h研究组肿胀程度均轻于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前2组NRS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗24 h、48 h、72 h研究组NRS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组起效时间[(0.40±0.12)d]早于对照组[(0.71±0.21)d],治愈时间[(1.69±0.25)d]短于对照组[(2.41±0.38)d],静脉炎发生率(1.7%)低于对照组(11.7%),2组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫草油联合硫酸镁湿热敷在CT增强扫描造影剂渗漏中应用疗效显著,能够有效减轻肿胀程度与疼痛强度,缩短起效时间与治愈时间,降低静脉炎发生率。Objective To explore the efficacy of comfrey oil combined with magnesium sulfate wet hot compress on contrast agent leakage in CT enhanced scan.Methods A total of 120 patients with contrast agent leakage from enhanced CT scan were selected from Lishui People′s Hospital from May 2023 to July 2024,and randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a simple random method.The control group(60 cases)was treated with a 50%magnesium sulfate solution wet compress,while the study group(60 cases)was treated with a combination of comfrey oil.After the treatment course,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated,and the swelling degree,numerical rating scale(NRS)score,onset time,cure time,and incidence of phlebitis were compared before treatment and at 24,48 and 72 hours after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in swelling degree between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the swelling degree of the study group was less than control group at 24,48 and 72 hours after treatment(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in NRS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the NRS score of the study group was lower than control group at 24,48 and 72 hours after treatment(P<0.05).The onset time of the study group[(0.40±0.12)d]was earlier than that of the control group[(0.71±0.21)d],the cure time was shorter[(1.69±0.25)d vs(2.41±0.38)d],and the incidence of phlebitis was lower(1.7%vs 11.7%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comfrey oil combined with magnesium sulfate wet hot compress has significant therapeutic effects on contrast agent leakage in CT enhanced scan.It can effectively reduce swelling and pain intensity,shorten the onset time and cure time,and reduce the incidence of phlebitis.
