摘　　要：肢体麻木是临床中的常见症状,在临床治疗中也是一个棘手的问题。刘志军教授从项痹病的自身特点着手,在治疗中注重“活血化瘀、舒筋活络”和“益气固表”并重,内外兼治,同时也重视功能锻炼,从而形成内外兼治,局部到整体的共同治疗,内治法灵活运用经验方之肢麻方,外治法配合舒颈海盐包,局部与整体相结合,临床疗效显著,为项痹病之肢体麻木提供治疗经验,并在临床中推广运用。Limb numbness is a common clinical symptom and a thorny problem in clinical treatment.Upper limb numbness caused by cervical spondylosis brings great influence and pain to patients.Professor Liu Zhijun has been learning and summarizing in clinical work,with rich experience.Starting from the characteristics of Xiang Bi disease,he emphasizes the equal attention to"promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,relieving tendons and activating collaterals"and"benefiting qi and fixing surface"in treatment.He also pays attention to both internal and external treatment,as well as functional exercise,so as to form a joint treatment of internal and external treatment,local to overall treatment.The internal treatment method flexibly applies the experience formula of limb numbness,and the external treatment method is combined with the Shuneckai salt package,combining local and overall treatment,with significant clinical efficacy,providing treatment experience for limb numbness in Xiang Bi disease and promoting its application in clinical practice.
