摘  要:该文以坪朗村苗鼓舞为例,通过文献资料法、田野调查法及访谈法,探讨了艺术乡建视角下坪朗村苗鼓舞的传承与创新实践。当地通过设立传习所、与高校合作培养传承人、发展文旅产业等措施,实现了非物质文化遗产的活态传承与经济发展。然而,仍存在传承人培养难以为继、传承与创新难以平衡、宣传与推广手段匮乏、资金与设施不足等问题。基于此,该文提出以下路径:激发内生驱动力、融合现代文化元素、发挥区位地理优势、强化政府顶层设计,以期实现苗鼓舞文化的传承与发展,推动艺术乡村化进程,打造具有坪朗特色、可持续发展的乡村振兴之路。Taking Miao Drum Dance of Pinglang Village as an example,thia article explores the inheritance and innovative practice of Miao Drum Dance of Pinglang Village under the perspective of rural art construction through literature review,field investigation,and interview method.The local community has realized the live inheritance and economic development of intangible cultural heritage through measures such as establishing workshops,cooperating with universities to cultivate inheritors,and developing the cultural tourism industry.However,there are still problems such as difficulty in cultivating inheritors,difficulty in balancing inheritance and innovation,lack of means of publicity and promotion,and insufficient funds and facilities.Based on this,the article proposes the following path:stimulate the endogenous driving force,integrate modern cultural elements,give full play to the geographical advantages of the location,and strengthen the top-level design of the government,to realize the inheritance and development of the Miao Drum culture,promote the process of art ruralization,and create a path of rural revitalization with Pinglang characteristics and sustainable development.
