摘 要:在体教融合背景下,该文针对高职高专健美操教学模式进行了深入探讨,并提出了相应的改革策略。通过分析高职高专健美操教学模式的现状及存在的问题,研究提出了以下策略:优化课程设置、更新教学内容、创新教学方法以及改革评价体系。研究结果显示,传统教学模式过于侧重技能训练,而未能充分关注学生的身心发展和个性化需求。此外,改革措施有效促进了学生协作能力和创新思维的发展。该研究不仅为高职高专健美操教学提供了新的视角和方法论,也为其他体育课程的教学改革提供了有价值的参考。Under the background of the integration of sports and education,this article conducts an in-depth exploration on reform strategies for Aerobics teaching mode in vocational colleges,and corresponding reform strategies have been proposed.By analyzing the current status and existing problems of Aerobics teaching mode in vocational colleges,the following strategies have been proposed:optimizing curriculum settings,updating teaching content,innovating teaching methods,and reforming the evaluation system.The research results show that the traditional teaching model focuses too much on skill training and fails to fully pay attention to students'physical and mental development and personalized needs.In addition,the reform measures have effectively promoted the development of students'collaborative abilities and innovative thinking.This research not only provides a new perspective and methodology for Aerobics teaching in vocational colleges,but also provides valuable references for the teaching reform of other physical education courses.
