摘　　要：为探讨“双高计划”(中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划)背景下高职体育教师教学能力体系的构建,该文采用文献资料法等研究方法,以常州工程职业技术学院为例进行了实证研究。研究认为:良好师德素养、思政教育能力、专业教学能力、专业建设能力以及社会服务能力是高职体育教师教学能力体系构建的关键要素。鉴于常州工程职业技术学院体育教学的现状,建议:在“双高计划”背景下高职体育教师教学能力体系构建当中,加强师德师风建设,提升教师思政教育能力,完善教师教学能力培训,加强体育专业建设,拓展社会服务能力等。The objective of this article is to explore the construction of the teaching ability system of higher vocational Physical Education(PE)teachers under the background of"Double High Plan"(the construction plan of higher vocational schools with Chinese characteristics).It uses research methods such as literature review to conduct empirical research by taking Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering as an example.Research believes that:good teacher ethics accomplishment,ideological and political education ability,professional teaching ability,professional construction ability and social service ability are the key elements of the construction of the teaching ability system of higher vocational PE teachers.In view of the current situation of PE teaching in Changzhou Vocational Institute of Engineering,it is suggested that in the construction of the teaching ability system of higher vocational PE teachers under the background of"Double High Plan",we should strengthen the construction of teachers'ethics,enhance their ideological and political education ability,improve the training of teachers'teaching ability,strengthen the construction of physical education specialty,and expand the social service ability.
