摘　　要：该文采用文献资料法、录像观察法、秩和比综合评价法等研究方法,对2024年巴黎奥运会中国女篮失利因素进行了分析,旨在找寻中国女篮的短板,发现其弱点,并提出对策建议,从而丰富中国女篮的研究内容。研究表明,中国女篮防守能力明显退步,被评为D级,内线失分严重,且防守侵略性不足;后卫线人才匮乏,主力球员伤病频发,体能储备不足;关键球决策能力有待提升。建议如下:完善多级联赛体系,充分发掘潜力人才;延长备赛周期,提高球员间的磨合度,并加强体能训练;调整防守策略,以增强防守侵略性;培养运动员的赛场大局观意识,提升其关键球决策判断力。This article uses research methods such as literature review,video observation,and Rank Sum Ratio(RSR)comprehensive evaluation to analyze the failure factors of the Chinese women's basketball team in the 2024 Paris Olympics.The aim is to identify the shortcomings and weaknesses of the Chinese women's basketball team,propose countermeasures and suggestions,then enrich the research content of the Chinese women's basketball team.Research has shown that the defensive ability of the Chinese women's basketball team has significantly declined,with a rating of D-level.The team has suffered serious losses in the interior and lacks strong defensive aggression;There is a shortage of talent in the defense line,with frequent injuries to key players and insufficient physical reserves;The ability to make crucial decisions needs to be improved.Suggestion are as follows:Improve the multi-level league system and fully tap into potential talents;Extend the preparation period,improve players'adaptability,and strengthen physical training;Adjust defensive strategy to enhance defensive aggression;Cultivate athletes'awareness of the overall situation on the field and enhance their decision-making ability for key balls.
