男性不育患者心理健康状况及与疾病不确定感和社会支持度的相关性

摘　　要：目的:分析男性不育患者心理健康状况及与疾病不确定感和社会支持度的相关性。方法:选取2022年2月-2024年2月于某院就诊的180例男性不育患者作为观察组,并选取同期来院行孕前检查的150例健康男性作为对照组,应用症状自评量表(SCL-90)评估患者心理健康状况,应用疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评估患者疾病不确定感水平,应用社会支持量表(SSRS)评估患者社会支持水平,采用Pearson相关分析男性不育患者SCL-90评分与MUIS、SSRS评分的相关性。结果:观察组SCL-90量表中躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性得分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.742,6.846,7.038,16.590,12.228,8.022,9.154,7.340,12.565,19.123;P<0.05)。观察组MUIS量表中不明确性、复杂性、信息缺乏性、不可预测性得分及总分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.753,12.855,22.162,17.162,31.010;P<0.05)。观察组SSRS量表中主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度得分及总分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.372,9.607,17.712,12.614;P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,男性不育患者SCL-90评分与MUIS评分呈正相关(r=0.451,P<0.05),与SSRS评分呈负相关(r=-0.477,P<0.05)。结论:男性不育患者心理健康状况较差,且与疾病不确定感呈正相关,与社会支持度呈负相关。Objective:To analyze mental health status among male infertility patients,and its correlation with uncertainty in illness and social support.Methods:A total of 180 male infertility patients who visited the hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the observation group.Meanwhile,150 healthy men who came to the hospital for fertility-related examinations were selected as the control group.Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS)and Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)were used to evaluate mental health status,uncertainty in illness and social support level,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to discuss the correlation between SCL-90 score and MUIS and SSRS scores.Results:The scores for somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,intolerance and psychoticism in SCL-90,and total score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(t=12.742,6.846,7.038,16.590,12.228,8.022,9.154,7.340,12.565,19.123;P<0.05).The scores for ambiguity,complexity,information deficiency and unpredictability in MUIS,and total score were significantly higher in the observation group than the control group(t=22.753,12.855,22.162,17.162,31.010;P<0.05).The scores for subjective support,objective support and support utilization in SSRS,and total score were significantly lower in the observation group than the control group(t=8.372,9.607,17.712,12.614;P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that SCL-90 score of male infertility patients was positively correlated with MUIS score(r=0.451,P<0.05)and negatively correlated with SSRS score(r=-0.477,P<0.05).Conclusion:Male infertility patients have poor mental health status,which is positively correlated with uncertainty in illness and negatively correlated with social support.
