摘 要:目的:探讨上行社会比较和就业焦虑在学业内卷氛围与研究生学业内卷之间的中介作用。方法:采用学业内卷氛围量表、上行社会比较量表、就业焦虑量表和个人学业内卷量表对821名研究生进行测量。结果:(1)学业内卷与学业内卷氛围、上行社会比较和就业焦虑呈正相关(r=0.40,0.44,0.49;P<0.01);(2)学业内卷氛围直接影响研究生学业内卷(β=0.18,P<0.01),同时,通过上行社会比较(β=0.08,P<0.01)、就业焦虑(β=0.07,P<0.01)和上行社会比较-就业焦虑(β=0.05,P<0.01)3条中介路径间接影响研究生学业内卷。结论:上行社会比较与就业焦虑在学业内卷氛围和研究生学业内卷之间起链式中介作用。Objective:To explore the mediating effects of upward social comparison and employment anxiety in the relationship between the internal competition atmosphere in graduate education and graduate students'internal competition.Methods:The internal competition atmosphere scale,upward social comparison scale,employment anxiety scale,and individual internal competition scale were used to measure 821 graduate students.Results:(1)Graduate students'internal competition was positively correlated with the internal competition atmosphere,upward social comparison,and employment anxiety(r=0.40,0.44,0.49;P<0.01).(2)The internal competition atmosphere directly affected graduate students'internal competition(β=0.20,P<0.01),and at the same time,it indirectly affected graduate students'internal competition through upward social comparison(β=0.09,P<0.01),employment anxiety(β=0.07,P<0.01),and upward social comparison-employment anxiety(β=0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:Upward social comparison and employment anxiety mediate the relationship between the internal competition atmosphere in graduate education and graduate students'internal competition in a chain-like manner.
