循证中医护理结合心理弹性训练对子宫腺肌症宫腔镜术后疼痛及心理状态的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨循证中医护理结合心理弹性训练对子宫腺肌症宫腔镜术后疼痛及心理状态的影响。方法:选取2021年2月-2024年2月于某院进行宫腔镜术的98例子宫腺肌症患者为研究对象。随机分为对照组(n=49例,常规护理结合心理弹性训练)和观察组(n=49例,循证中医护理结合心理弹性训练),统计比较两组干预前、干预3d、7d后的疼痛程度[McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)],干预前、干预7d后的心理状态[汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA-14)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)]及生活质量[健康调查简表(SF-36)],并在出院前统计两组的护理满意度。结果:SF-MPQ在干预3d、7d后显著降低(P<0.05),两组干预7d后较干预前HAMA-14、HAMD-24均明显降低、SF-36的4个维度评分均显著升高;且干预7d后观察组的改善幅度均显著高于对照组(t=25.156,18.619,28.095,8.234,8.076,8.270,10.064;P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度(100.00%)显著高于对照组(87.76%)(χ^(2)=6.391,P<0.05)。结论:循证中医护理结合心理弹性训练能够显著缓解子宫腺肌症宫腔镜术后患者的疼痛程度,改善其负性心理状态,提高护理满意度的同时又有助于促进患者术后康复。Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based Chinese medicine nursing combined with psychological elasticity training on pain and psychological state of adenomyosis after hysteroscopy surgery.Methods:A total of 98 patients with adenomyosis who underwent hysteroscopy in our hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the research object.Randomly divided into control group(n=49 cases,routine nursing combined with psychological elasticity training)and observation group(n=49 cases,evidence-based Chinese medicine nursing combined with psychological elasticity training).The pain degree of two groups before intervention,3 days and 7 days after intervention was statistically compared[McGill Pain Questionnaire(SF-MPQ)],Mental state before intervention and 7 days after intervention[Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA-14),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)]and quality of life[SF-36],and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was counted before discharge.Results:SF-MPQ decreased significantly after 3 days and 7 days of intervention(P<0.05),HAMA-14 and HAMD-24 in both groups decreased significantly after 7 days of intervention,and the scores of SF-36 in four dimensions increased significantly.After 7 days of intervention,the improvement range of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(t=25.156,18.619,28.095,8.234,8.076,8.270,10.064;P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.76%)(χ^(2)=6.391,P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based Chinese medicine nursing combined with psychological elasticity training can significantly alleviate the pain degree of patients with adenomyosis after hysteroscopy surgery,improve their negative psychological state,improve nursing satisfaction and promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
