摘  要:高比例分布式新能源经电力电子变换器接入主动配电网,使得配电网的故障特征和传统配电网相比发生了根本改变。由于受电力电子变换器电流限幅、控制策略等影响,高比例分布式新能源接入的主动配电网故障特性复杂、故障特征明显弱化,传统的配电网保护方案难以适用。该文提出一种基于附加谐波电流信号的配电网线路保护方法。该方法利用IIDG灵活可控的特点,通过改变全功率逆变型分布式电源(inverter-interfaced distributed generators,IIDGs)限幅控制的方式,利用IIDG在故障后向系统主动注入谐波电流信号;同时考虑到该谐波信号对IIDG自身控制的影响,设计相应的前馈滤波环节;进一步,根据此谐波电流信号的幅值及其与保护正序测量电压的相位关系,构建新型保护判据。通过对一个10 kV主动配电网的PSCAD/EMTDC仿真分析,验证所提方案在对称及不对称故障下均能正确、快速动作。With the penetration of inverter-interfaced distributed generators(IIDGs)raised,the fault characteristics of distributed network have also changed.Affected by the current limiting of power electronics and converter control strategies,the amplitude of fault current is weakened and the characteristics of fault become complex,rendering traditional protection schemes potentially.Hence,this paper proposes a line protection scheme of distribution network based on additional harmonic current.Based on the flexible and controllable characteristics of the IIDGs,the proposed method actively injects a harmonic current signal into the protection system after a fault by changing the amplitude limiting control of IIDG.Meanwhile,considering the influence of this harmonic signal on the control of IIDG,a corresponding filter is designed.Further,a new protection criterion is constructed based on the amplitude of this harmonic current signal and its phase relationship with the protection positive sequence measurement voltage.A 10 kV active distribution network case study is simulated in PSCAD/EMTDC,and the results verify that the proposed protection scheme can operate correctly and rapidly under both symmetrical and asymmetrical faults.
