摘  要:为解决光伏光热一体化(photovoltaic/thermal,PV/T)组件集热部分与发电部分使用寿命不同带来的维护问题,项目搭建户外测试装置,采用Trnsys软件构建仿真模型,研究有/无保温层吹胀式PV/T组件性能及其对各个城市的适用性。结果表明:有保温层PV/T集热循环平均热效率和太阳能利用率分别为43.20%和60.16%,瞬时热效率曲线截距和瞬时热效率曲线斜率分别为48.65%和11.68 W/(m^(2)·K);无保温层PV/T集热循环平均热效率和太阳能利用率分别为34.16%和51.99%,瞬时热效率曲线截距和瞬时热效率曲线斜率分别为50.49%和19.73 W/(m^(2)·K);在质量流量0.013~0.060 kg/s范围内,水箱温度分层使得集热系统热效率和太阳能利用率随质量流量增加变化不明显;含保温层PV/T组件发电性能受集热循环工作波动影响,年度平均工作温度比无保温层PV/T组件高0.21~1.12℃,年度平均发电效率相对低0.44%~0.82%;以供应45℃热水为目标,无保温层PV/T集热循环系统在三亚、北京、昆明、西安、广州、杭州和武汉运行时能达到标准。To solve the maintenance problem caused by the different service lives between the heat collection part and power generation part of the photovoltaic/thermal(PV/T)module,outdoor test equipment and simulation model are proposed.The performance and applicability for different cities of the PV/T module with/without insulation layer are studied.The results show that the average thermal efficiency and solar energy utilization of PV/T system with insulation layers are 43.20%and 60.16%,respectively.The intercept and slope of the instantaneous thermal efficiency curve of the PV/T system with insulation layers are 48.65%and 11.68 W/m^(2)·K,respectively.The average thermal efficiency and solar energy utilization of the PV/T system without insulation layer are 34.16%and 51.99%,respectively.The intercept and slope of the instantaneous thermal efficiency curve of the PV/T system without insulation layer are 50.49%and 19.73 W/m^(2)·K,respectively.The thermal efficiency and solar energy utilization vary little with the increase of water mass flow rate caused by the temperature stratification of the tank within the range 0.013~0.060 kg/s.The annual average operating temperature of PV/T modules with insulation layer is 0.21~1.12℃higher than that of PV/T modules without insulation layer,and the annual average power generation efficiency is relatively lower by 0.44%~0.82%.The PV/T system without insulation layer can meet the standards of Sanya,Kunming,Xi'an,Guangzhou,Hangzhou,and Wuhan for 45℃hot water.
