摘  要:半导电屏蔽料是中高压电缆制造的关键原材料,其品质决定电压等级及电缆运行可靠性。导电填料作为半导电屏蔽料的重要组成成分,对其电性能、力学性能和表面光洁度等关键性能起决定性作用。导电炭黑(conductive carbon black,CCB)因其价格低廉、易于加工等优点,是目前工业上生产中高压电缆半导电屏蔽料首选导电填料。该文系统阐述CCB的形成机理、结构特点和物理化学性质,分析CCB品质的主要影响因素,并对当前电缆半导电屏蔽料用CCB研究进展进行总结,并指出杂质控制和分散性提升将是未来CCB研究的重点。Semi-conductive shielding materials are the key raw materials of medium-and high-voltage cables,with their quality directly influencing the voltage level and operation reliability.Conductive filler is one of the important components of semi-conductive shielding materials,playing a decisive role in the key performance such as electrical properties,mechanical properties,and surface roughness.Conductive carbon black(CCB)is currently the preferred conductive filler in the industrial production of medium-and high-voltage cable semi-conductive shielding materials due to advantages such as low cost and easy processing.In this paper,the formation mechanism,structural features,physical and chemical properties of CCB are systematically elaborated,putting forward that impurity and dispersibility are the main factors affecting the quality of CCB.Finally,the current research progress of CCB for cable semi-conductive shielding materials is summarized.It is pointed out that future research of CCB should be focused on the impurity control and dispersion improvement.
