摘 要:以多亚甲基多苯基多异氰酸酯(PAPI)、端羟基聚丁二烯(HTPB)和蓖麻油为主要原料,以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和1,4-丁二醇(BDO)为交联/扩链剂,采用一步法制备了5种聚氨酯弹性体(PUE),研究了TMP/BDO质量比对PUE结构和性能的影响。结果表明,随着体系中BDO占比的增加,材料的微相分离程度提高,玻璃化转变温度显著降低;当TMP/BDO质量比为3∶1时,材料的综合力学性能较好,拉伸强度达到34.85 MPa,同时具备优异的撕裂强度和邵D硬度。Using poly(methylene phenylene isocyanate)(PAPI),hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene(HTPB),and castor oil as the main raw materials,and trimethylolpropane(TMP)and 1,4-butanediol(BDO)as crosslinking/chain-extending agents,five polyurethane elastomers(PUE)with different TMP/BDO mass ratio were prepared by one-step method.The effect of TMP/BDO mass ratio on the structure and properties of PUE was studied.The results showed that with the increase proportion of BDO in the system,the degree of microphase separation increased,and the glass transition temperature significantly decreased.When the TMP/BDO mass ratio was 3∶1,the material exhibited optimal comprehensive mechanical properties,the tensile strength was 34.85 MPa,with excellent tear strength and Shore D hardness.
