体温响应型形状记忆聚氨酯的制备与表征

摘  要:以聚己二酸-1,4-丁二醇酯二醇和液化MDI为原料制备了不同异氰酸酯指数(R值)的形状记忆聚氨酯(SMPU),研究了R值对SMPU热性能、力学性能、透光性和形状记忆性能的影响。结果表明:当R=1.15时,SMPU软段结晶熔融温度接近人体体温,拉伸强度为36.7 MPa,断裂伸长率为859%,在37℃条件下12.3 s的弯折角的形状回复率为100%,室温条件下弯折角的形状固定率为100%。The shape memory polyurethanes(SMPUs)with different isocyanate index(R values)were prepared with poly(butylene adipate)diol and liquefied MDI as raw materials.The effects of R values on thermal properties,mechanical properties,light transmittance and shape memory properties of SMPUs were studied.The results showed that,when the R value was 1.15,the melting temperature of soft segment crystallization was close to human body temperature,the tensile strength was 36.7 MPa and the elongation at break was 859%.The shape recovering ratio of 12.3 seconds at 37℃was 100%,the shape fixing ratio for bend angle was 100%at room temperature.
