含氨酯基端氨基聚醚的合成表征及固化行为比较

摘  要:以聚四亚甲基醚二醇为原料,通过酯化和胺化两步反应合成了高活性端氨基聚醚低聚物(ATPE系列)。通过傅里叶红外光谱和实时红外监控对含氨酯基端氨基聚醚ATPE-650进行了表征,证实了所得高活性端氨基聚醚产品的分子结构,并通过元素分析测得氨基转化率高达99.2%。本研究合成的高活性端氨基聚醚产物与MDI和TDI-80反应,凝胶时间为几秒钟;与环氧树脂反应,凝胶时间超过1 h,甚至在7 d以上。其中,ATPE-250与E44或E51制备的涂膜呈现透明状,可在承压下弯曲90°时无裂纹,具有较好的柔韧性。The ATPE series highly active aminopolyetherurethane oligomers based on polytetramethylene ether diols were synthesized through two steps of esterification and amination.The product ATPE-650 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and real-time infrared monitoring.The molecular structure of ATPE-650 was confirmed.The amino conversion rate was 99.2%by elemental analysis.The gel time was a few seconds when the highly active amino polyether reacted with the diisocyanates MDI and TDI-80.The gel time was more than 1 h,or more than 7 days when the amino polyether reacted with epoxy resin.The films prepared by ATPE-250 reacted with epoxy resin E44 or E51 were transparent,and had good flexibility which could bend 90°under pressure without cracks.
