摘 要:通过对低有机挥发物(VOC)低雾化(FOG)发泡体系特点的分析以及聚氨酯泡沫稳定剂分子结构的设计,开发了适用于低VOC低FOG发泡体系的聚氨酯有机硅泡沫稳定剂。在特定配方体系下,将开发的泡沫稳定剂与进口同类产品进行对比。实验发现,开发的有机硅泡沫稳定剂制得的高回弹聚氨酯泡沫具有良好的泡孔结构和力学性能,同时还具有更低的VOC值(约100μg/g)和FOG值(约180μg/g),综合使用性能甚至超过国外产品,可以用于生产低VOC低FOG聚氨酯泡沫。Based on the analysis of the characteristics of low volatile organic compounds(VOC)and low fogging(FOG)foaming system and the design of the molecular structure of polyurethane foam stabilizer,the polyurethane foam stabilizer suitable for low VOC and low FOG foaming system was developed.The developed polyurethane foam stabilizer was compared with the imported similar foam stabilizer under a specific formulation system.The results showed that the polyurethane foam prepared by the developed polyurethane foam stabilizer had good cell structure and mechanical properties,and also had lower VOC value(about 100μg/g)and lower FOG value(about 180μg/g).Its comprehensive performance even exceeded that of foreign products,and could be used in the production of polyurethane foam with low VOC and low FOG foaming system.
