摘  要:针对HFC-245fa体系喷涂预混白料存在储存稳定性差的问题,进行白料配方(包括HCFC-141b和HFC-245fa发泡体系)的优化,探讨了包括聚酯多元醇/阻燃剂、水含量、催化剂体系选择等因素对白料储存稳定性的影响。结果表明:聚酯多元醇和氯代磷酸酯类阻燃剂TCPP在HFC-245fa和HCFC-141b喷涂组合聚醚体系储存过程会水解产生酸,并和部分催化剂反应而导致储存过程中反应性变慢,影响了储存稳定性;同时体系更高含水量和高活性叔胺催化剂会加剧聚酯和阻燃剂TCPP的水解反应。To solve the problem for the storage stability of HFC-245fa spray preblended polyol,the formula of preblended polyol(including HCFC-141b and HFC-245fa system)were optimized,and the influence of the addition amount of polyester polyol/flame retardant,water content,catalyst system selection and other factors on the storage stability was discussed.The results showed that,during the storage process of the polyether spraying system with HFC-245fa and HCFC-141b,the hydrolysis of polyester and chlorophosphate ester flame retardant TCPP would generate acid and react with some catalysts,resulting in slow reactivity during the storage process and affecting the storage stability.The hydrolysis reaction of polyester and flame retardant TCPP was accelerated by higher water content and higher activity of tertiary amine catalyst.
