摘  要:采用羟基丙烯酸树脂与多异氰酸酯固化剂作为成膜树脂,选用不同形状、粒径的云母及其他粉料作为阻尼填料,再添加多种助剂制备了一种聚丙烯酸酯氨酯(PUA)阻尼涂料。研究了粉料的形状和粒径对涂料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,当使用片状云母粉的粒径为200目,颜基比为2.18的时候,涂层具有良好的阻尼性能,最高损耗因子达到0.92,阻尼温域为8.6~75.1℃,温宽66.5℃。该涂料也具有一定的防腐性能。A series of polyacrylateurethane damping coatings were prepared by using hydroxyl acrylic resin and polyisocyanate curing agent as film-forming resins,mica and other powders with different shapes and particle sizes as damping filler,and adding other additives and fillers.The influence of powder shape and particle size on the structure and properties of coatings was studied.The results showed that,when the particle size of sheet-like mica powder was 200 mesh,and the color base ratio was 2.18,the coating had good damping performance,the highest loss factor reached 0.92,the damping temperature domain was 8.6~75.1℃,and the temperature width was 66.5℃.This coating also had certain anti-corrosion performance.
