摘 要:介绍了缔合型流变助剂的品种,比较了它们的优缺点,阐述聚氨酯缔合型流变助剂——疏水改性乙氧基化聚氨酯(HEUR)的增稠机理,并指出了这类亲水性聚氨酯增稠剂的分子量和分子量分布、聚合物结构和体系中表面活性剂浓度等与流变性能之间的关系。在HEUR的推广应用及系统评价方面,需要综合考虑水性工业涂料中分散剂、成膜助剂、颜填料等对HEUR性能的影响,还需要结合流变助剂对最终涂层性能的影响。最后提出针对含醇醚类溶剂的水性工业涂料,开发适合的HEUR是重要的研究与发展方向。The types of associative rheological auxiliaries were simply introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages were compared.The thickening mechanism of the polyurethane associative rheology modifier-hydrophobically modified ethoxylated urethane(HEUR)was introduced.The relationship between the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution,polymer structure,surfactant concentration of this kind of hydrophilic polyurethane thickener and rheological properties was introduced.It was pointed out that the effects of dispersants,film-forming additives and fillers on the properties of HEUR should be considered comprehensively in the application and systematic evaluation of HEUR.The effects of rheological additives on the properties of final coatings should also be considered.Finally,it was an important research and development direction to develop suitable HEUR for waterborne industrial coatings containing alcohol ether solvents.
