摘  要:通过连续化夹芯板生产线制备了金属面硬质聚氨酯泡沫夹芯板样品,该板由彩色涂层钢板和硬质聚氨酯泡沫组成。重点探讨了聚氨酯原料配方、彩涂钢板面层涂层特性、彩涂钢板背漆处理以及喷涂胶水等因素对聚氨酯泡沫塑料芯材与金属面层粘接性能的影响。实验结果表明,聚氨酯硬泡配方中发泡剂和异氰酸酯的适宜比例对粘接性能的提升具有显著影响。此外,采用一层环氧背漆工艺处理的彩涂钢板,结合电晕等表面处理技术,能够显著提升粘接性能。同时,彩涂钢板涂抹胶水也是提高粘接性能的有效方法。Metal-faced rigid polyurethane foam sandwich panels were prepared through a continuous sandwich panel production line.The sandwich panels were composed of pre-painted metal sheet and rigid polyurethane foam.The research focused on the impact of polyurethane formulations,coating characteristics of pre-painted metal sheet,back-paint treatment of pre-painted metal sheet,and the application of adhesive on the bonding performance between the polyurethane core and the metal face layer of the sandwich panels.Experimental results revealed that the appropriate ratio of blowing agent and isocyanate in the formulation significantly enhanced bonding performance.Furthermore,the pre-painted steel sheet coated once with epoxy for back surface,in conjunction with surface treatment technologies such as corona treatment,could markedly improve bonding performance.Additionally,the application of adhesive on pre-painted metal sheet was also an effective method to enhance adhesion.These findings provided important theoretical foundations and practical guidance for optimizing the production process of metal-faced rigid polyurethane sandwich panels.
