DMTDA/PTMG配比对浇注型聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响

摘　　要：以聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG3000)、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI-100)以及扩链剂3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(DMTDA)为原料,采用半预聚体法制备不同DMTDA/PTMG质量比的浇注型聚氨酯弹性体(CPU)试样,研究不同配比对其力学性能、低温性能、动态性能、阻尼性能等的影响。结果表明,随着DMTDA比例上升,CPU强度和硬度逐渐升高,但断裂伸长率呈现下降趋势,玻璃化转变温度逐渐升高,tanδ_(max)逐渐减小,冲击回弹性能先增大后减小,静刚度增大,动静刚度比先减小后增大。Five cast polyurethane elastomers(CPUs)with different mass ratios of DMTDA/PTMG were prepared by semi-prepolymer method using polytetrahydrofuran glycol(PTMG3000),diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI-100)and chain extender 3,5-dimethylthio-toluene diamine(DMTDA)as the raw materials.The effects of the DMTDA/PTMG mass ratios on mechanical properties,low temperature properties,dynamic properties,damping properties of the CPU samples were investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of DMTDA content,the strength and hardness gradually increased,but the elongation at break had a decreasing trend,the glass transition temperature(T_(g))gradually increased,the tanδ_(max)gradually decreased,the impact resilience energy increased first and then decreased,the static stiffness increased,and the dynamic and static stiffness ratio decreased first and then increased.
