摘 要:为了解武威地区玉米品种的质量品质指标情况及评价其优质特性,筛选出表现突出的优良玉米品种。对16个产自武威地区的玉米品种采用差异性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等方法进行综合评价。结果表明:16份不同品种玉米中,除瑞普909玉米是二等外,其他15个品种均为一等玉米。品质指标变异系数最大的为赖氨酸含量,其次是总氨基酸含量,说明武威地区玉米品种的赖氨酸含量比较丰富,变异系数最小的为淀粉含量。综合评价得出甘优638、先玉1225、胜美999表现优良,部分品质指标较高,如先玉1225的淀粉含量达到了78.65%(14%含水量时),甘优638的赖氨酸含量最高为0.44%(14%含水量时),胜美999的总氨基酸和粗纤维含量最高。To understand the quality trait indicators of corn varieties in the Wuwei area and evaluate their superior characteristics,outstanding corn varieties were selected.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on 16 corn varieties produced in the Wuwei area using methods such as variance analysis,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis.The results indicate that among the 16 different corn varieties,except for Ruipu 909,which is classified as second grade,the other 15 varieties are first grade.The trait with the largest coefficient of variation is lysine content,followed by total amino acid content,indicating that the corn varieties in the Wuwei area have rich lysine content.The trait with the smallest coefficient of variation is starch content.The comprehensive evaluation shows that Ganyou 638,Xianyu 1225,and Shengmei 999 perform well,with some quality indicators being relatively high.For example,the starch content of Xianyu 1225 reaches 78.65%(at 14%moisture content),the highest lysine content of Ganyou 638 is 0.44%(at 14%moisture content),and Shengmei 999 has the highest total amino acid and crude fiber content.
