摘 要:云南省稻谷质量连续3年等级达到二等,2023年粳稻出糙率平均值为80.9%,三等及以上的占比96.5%,籼稻出糙率平均值为77.5%,三等及以上的占比93.1%;整精米率平均值连续3年满足一等质量要求,2023年粳稻整精米率平均值为65.6%,籼稻整精米率平均值56.2%;不完善粒平均值连续3年在5.0%以下,2023年粳稻不完善粒平均值为4.1%,籼稻不完善粒平均值为3.4%。收获稻谷水分和出糙率几乎无相关,水分和整精米率存在微弱正相关;粳稻不完善粒和出糙率呈显著负相关,籼稻不完善粒和出糙率呈低度负相关;稻谷不完善粒和整精米率呈微弱负相关;出糙率和整精米呈低度正相关。2023年云南省稻谷品质测报项目整精米率、食味品质评分、垩白度、直链淀粉(干基)4项目全部达标率52.7%,其中粳稻47.8%、籼稻54.3%。优质稻谷云恢290和楚粳系列品种分别在红河州和楚雄州规模推广种植效果较好。The quality of rice in Yunnan Province has reached second grade for three consecutive years.In 2023,the average husked rice yield of japonica rice was 80.9%,with 96.5%classified as third grade or above.The average husked rice yield of indica rice was 77.5%,with 93.1%classified as third grade or above.The average head rice yield has met first grade quality requirements for three consecutive years,with an average head rice yield of 65.6%for japonica rice and 56.2%for indica rice in 2023.The average percentage of unsound kernel has remained below 5.0%for three consecutive years,with 4.1%for japonica rice and 3.4%for indica rice in 2023.There was almost no correlation between moisture content and husked rice yield,while there was a weak positive correlation between moisture content and head rice yield.The unsound kernel of japonica rice had a significant negative correlation with husked rice yield,and unsound kernel of indica rice had a low negative correlation with husked rice yield.There was a weak negative correlation between unsound kernel and head rice yield,and a low positive correlation between husked rice yield and head rice yield.In 2023,the pass rate for the four quality testing projects of rice quality monitoring in Yunnan Province,including head rice yield,taste quality score,chalkiness,and amylose(dry basis),was 52.7%,with 47.8%for japonica rice and 54.3%for indica rice.The quality rice varieties such as Yunhui 290 and Chujing series were successfully promoted on a large scale in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture and Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture,respectively.
