摘 要:研究旨在探讨姜黄素作为饲料添加剂对育肥猪生长性能、肉品质、免疫功能及肠道组织形态的影响。选取体重相近、健康状况良好的“杜×长×大”生长猪80头,随机分为4个处理组,每组5个重复,每个重复4头猪。试验预试期7 d,正试期60 d。预试期间所有猪饲喂基础饲粮,正试期在基础饲粮中分别添加0、250、500、750 mg/kg姜黄素。试验所用饲粮参照《猪饲养标准》配制,饲养管理按常规程序进行。结果显示:(1)与对照组相比,饲粮中添加姜黄素能显著降低育肥猪背膘厚度,提高瘦肉率和眼肌面积(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比,饲粮中姜黄素能显著提高育肥猪背最长肌的pH_(24h)值,减少了肌肉滴水损失率(P<0.05)。(3)与对照组相比,饲粮中姜黄素显著提高了总超氧化物歧化酶活性,降低了丙二醛含量(P<0.05)。(4)与对照组相比,饲粮中姜黄素显著提高了血清中免疫球蛋白-A、白细胞介素-1β、肿瘤坏死因子-α和白细胞介素-6含量(P<0.05)。(5)与对照组相比,饲粮中姜黄素显著提高了绒毛高度和空肠及回肠的绒隐比(P<0.05)。综合分析结果,姜黄素作为一种高效的绿色饲料添加剂,对提升育肥猪的生长性能、改善肉品质、增强免疫功能和促进肠道健康具有显著效果。推荐在育肥猪饲料中添加500 mg/kg姜黄素,以实现畜牧业的可持续健康发展。This study aimed to explore the effects of curcumin as a feed additive on growth performance,meat quality,immune function,and intestinal morphology in fattening pigs.A total of 80 healthy“Duroc×Landrace×Large White”pigs with similar body weight were randomly divided into 4 treatment groups,with 5 replicates per group and 4 pigs per replicate.The pretrial lasted for 7 days and the main test period was 60 days.All pigs were fed a basal diet during the pretrial.During the main test period,the pigs were respectively fed a basal diet supplemented with 0 mg/kg,250 mg/kg,500 mg/kg,750 mg/kg of curcumin.The diet used in the experiment was formulated according to the Standards for Swine Feeding,and standard management practices were followed.Results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,adding curcumin significantly reduced backfat thickness and increased lean meat percentage and eye muscle area(P<0.05).(2)It significantly increased the pH_(24h) of the longissimus dorsi muscle and reduced drip loss(P<0.05).(3)Total superoxide dismutase activity was enhanced,and malondialdehyde levels decreased significantly(P<0.05).(4)Levels of serum IgA,IL-1β,TNF-α,and IL-6 were significantly higher(P<0.05).(5)Curcumin significantly improved villus height and villus-to-crypt ratio in the jejunum and ileum(P<0.05).Given comprehensive analysis of results,curcumin,as a highly effective green feed additive,significantly enhances growth performance,improves meat quality,boosts immune function,and promotes intestinal health in fattening pigs.Adding 500 mg/kg of curcumin to pig feed is recommended for sustainable and healthy livestock production.
