摘  要:为研究杂粕型饲粮中添加果胶酶对黄羽肉鸡生产与屠宰性能的影响。选取1 120只1日龄、体重相近的黄羽肉鸡,随机分成2组,每组8个重复,每个重复70只鸡。其中对照组肉鸡饲喂基础饲粮,试验组肉鸡在对照组的基础上添加200 g/t果胶酶进行饲喂,试验周期64 d。研究结果表明,杂粕型饲粮添加果胶酶对肉鸡日均增重有显著(P<0.05)的影响,但对肉鸡的日均采食量、耗料增重比、成活率及屠宰性能均无显著(P>0.05)影响。综上所述,杂粕型饲粮添加果胶酶能有效改善黄羽肉鸡的增重。The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of pectinase supplementation in miscellaneous meal diet on the production and slaughtering performance of yellow-feathered broilers.A total of 1120 one-day-old and similarly weighted yellow feathered broiler chickens were randomly divided into two groups,with 8 replicates in each group and 70 chickens in each replicate.The control group of broiler chickens was fed with basic feed,while the experimental group of broiler chickens was fed with 200 g/t pectinase in addition to the control group.The experimental period is 64 days.The results showed that pectinase addition to miscellaneous meal diet had a significant effect on the average daily weight gain of broilers(P<0.05),but had no significant effect on average daily feed intake,feed conversion rate,survival rate and slaughtering performance(P>0.05).In conclusion,the addition of pectinase to the miscellaneous meal diet can effectively improve the weight gain of yellow-feathered broilers.
